Join the Truth Crew: volunteer at TrutherCon 2026

Join the Truth Crew

TrutherCon runs on a crew of people who would rather be part of it than watch it. Volunteer a full crew day on November 7 or 8 (or help us build it on the 6th) and that day's ticket, meals and the crew shirt are on us. The Truth Crew is application only: tell us about yourself below and you will be contacted if you are selected.

Questions

Good to know

How long is a shift?

A crew day is a full day: 8 hours or more, with breaks and meals built in. You can volunteer one day or both; if your hours are limited, tell us in the notes.

Do I still get to see the talks?

Yes. Crew volunteer in and around the main room, and breaks are rotated so everyone catches the sessions they care about most; tell us which ones in the notes.

Is everyone who applies on the crew?

No. The Truth Crew is application only: we read every application and contact the people we select. Selections and assignments (role, call time, where to report) go out by email in late October; if you don't hear from us by then, we couldn't fit you this year, and thank you for offering.

I'm under 18 or coming with a teen.

Crew members need to be 18+. Email info@truthercon.com if you have a 16 or 17 year old who wants to help alongside a parent on the crew.
